Terms & Refund Policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

Quotes

Every project starts with a written quote listing the pages, features, price and delivery time. Prices shown on this website ("from ₹4,000 to ₹10,000") are starting ranges; the written quote is final.

Payment

We usually take an advance before starting, with the balance due on delivery. The quote states the exact split.

Refunds

If you cancel before design work starts, the advance is refunded in full. After work has started, we refund the part of the advance not yet covered by completed work. Domain and third-party hosting fees paid on your behalf cannot be refunded.

Ownership

Once fully paid, the website content and design delivered for your project belong to you.
